edad?

European rental market set to bounce back

The European rental market is set to shake off its recent
paralysis, according to a report published on Thursday.
The price paid by occupiers of offices, shops and business
parks will rise strongly in the next three years, forecasts
Jones Lang LaSalle, one of the world's biggest property
advisory firms.
However, Germany will remain the exception, with rents
expected to fall in cities such as Frankfurt and Munich.
The report will be published in Cannes at an event attended
by 17,000 property professionals.
