Financial Times anuncia subida de alquileres

Tras dos largas horas de fina escritura intimista, entre café y café, pego un vistazo a los horrores de la prensa matutina. Financial Times anuncia una subida generalizada de los alquileres en casi toda Europa. Aunque FT se refiere, en particular, a los alquileres comerciales, la cosa -supongo- no hará caer precisamente el precio de pisos, casas y residencias secundarias. The price paid by occupiers of offices, shops and business parks will rise strongly in the next three years, forecasts Jones Lang LaSalle, one of the world's biggest property advisory firms. However, Germany will remain the exception, with rents expected to fall in cities such as Frankfurt and Munich. The report will be published in Cannes at an event attended by 17,000 property professionals.
