El matrimonio gay visto por el New York Times

Con el @ diario del New York Times, otra reacción de fondo sobre el debate carpetovetónico ante el matrimonio gay. Escribe el NYT: The fierce reaction to the bill, however, suggests that Spanish society, 80 percent of which identifies itself as Catholic, is not entirely prepared for the speed and scope of the changes agreed to by Parliament. [ .. ] Cada cual apreciará según su sensibilidad el “not entirely prepared” que plantea el problema de fondo y el “techo” cultural del problema. A saber, por otra parte, quien y con que criterios juzga la “preparación” de un pueblo ante tal o cual problema ligado a la moral privada, evidentemente plural y de difícil sometimiento a ningún dogma o prescripción facultativa, con carácter obligatorio.
